On the 2nd of April, our world changed in an instant when a devastating fire tore through our production facility, destroying everything we had built over more than 40 years. The months that followed tested us in ways we could never have imagined, but they also revealed the incredible strength of our team and the unwavering support of our customers.

The Fire That Tested Our Resolve
When the flames took hold of our factory that April morning, we lost more than just a building. We lost the workspace where our dedicated team of designers and joiners had crafted thousands of beautiful staircases, the tools and machinery we'd relied on for decades, and the sense of security that comes from knowing exactly where you stand.
The challenge ahead seemed insurmountable. Rebuilding from the ground up meant not just replacing what we'd lost but reimagining how we could come back stronger while staying true to the values that had defined us for over four decades. Every decision we made in those early days was guided by one simple principle: we would not let this fire define our future or break the promises we'd made to our customers and our team.
Keeping Our Promises Throughout the Storm
Within days of the fire, we secured a temporary facility and made a commitment that would shape everything that followed. There would be no redundancies, no abandoned orders, and no excuses.
Our entire team stayed with us, and together we worked tirelessly to maintain every single existing order while continuing to take on new projects. It wasn't easy. The temporary workshop lacked the space and efficiency of our original facility, but our joiners adapted with remarkable skill and determination.
What truly sustained us through this period was the extraordinary kindness and patience shown by our customers, many of whom had been with us for years and understood the magnitude of what we were facing. Their solidarity and trust gave us the strength to push forward, even on the hardest days.
A New Facility, New Possibilities

We're now fully operational in our wonderful new facility, and it represents far more than just a return to normal. It's a testament to what's possible when a team refuses to give up and customers stand beside them.
Our new workshop is twice the size of our previous one, giving us the capacity to expand our services and take on more ambitious projects than ever before.
