Our team of designers and joiners are skilled in working with a range of materials, including glass. Glass is an excellent way of giving the appearance of more space and also allowing artificial and natural light to pass down into the areas above and below the staircase. Not all staircases need to have solid risers. We can work with you to design an open riser staircase, where there is space between each step – a great solution for a staircase in the middle of a room. Open riser staircases can have a timber, metal or glass false riser or can have a big box tread style with just the void between.
